Monica Parkin

Mobile Mortgage Specialist

Monica has recently partnered with Coast Capital Savings as their mobile Mortgage Specialist. Her goal is to take some of the stress out of the financing process while also arming consumers with the knowledge to make good financial decisions.

Clients that work with Monica get to be involved in the decisions around which mortgage product to choose and have someone available to answer financing questions any time during their home buying process. She assists with purchases and refinancing and loves helping first-time buyers navigate the process! The criteria for everything she does in her business is “what’s best for the client?”

Monia is a farm girl at heart and when I’m not helping homeowners, she can be found hanging with her goats and assorted canine companions.

  • She also enjoys speaking/teaching on a variety of topics, including:
    relationship marketing and best practices
  • conflict resolution skills
  • grow your commissioned sales business with integrity
  • neurodiversity and communicating effectively with individuals on the autism spectrum
  • 5 steps to a better presentation
  • first-time homebuyer seminars
  • how to maximize your credit score
